Pradeep Ahirwar (b. 1972) received his B.A. in Drawing and Painting from Hamidia College, Bhopal. His abstract works are inspired by nature—the supple movement of clouds in the sky that harnesses the winds, and the flowing of water, quick and graceful. The artist conveys his sentiments and impressions on canvas through abstract works that embody nature’s spirit. He has been part of shows in New York, Malaysia, Bangladesh, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Bhopal, Dehradun, Baroda, Jodhpur, and others. His works are part of collections in India, the U.S.A., France, the U.K., Bangladesh, and Malaysia.  “It is a way of conveying my beliefs and emotions to my audience. When someone sees my art, they are learning about me. I interact with them indirectly. I see painting as a way of meditation.   A gallery recently selected and showcased his work at the India Art Fair 2024.
